Dr. Marella graduated from Guntur Medical College, India, and completed the Urology residency at Maimonides Medical Center, Brooklyn, NY, in 2005. He worked in New Jersey until December 2021, operated in Hackensack university medical center and other local hospitals. He is known for his attention to detail, compassion, and stellar bedside manner.
He has excellent surgical skills in all complex urological cases including robotic and minimally invasive surgeries. He has extensive experience in performing Robotic surgeries for over 10 years, including Robotic Assisted Laparoscopic Radical Prostatectomy, Partial Nephrectomy, Radical Nephrectomy, Pyeloplasty, Nephroureterectomy, Cystectomy and Ileal conduit.
He performs minimally invasive surgeries for various other conditions, including Enlarged prostate, Kidney and ureteral stones, Female Incontinence, etc. He also has experience in treating common Mens' Health issues, including Erectile dysfunction and Low Testosterone.
Dr.Marella, has a professional membership in the American Urological Association (AUA) and has also been certified by the American Board of Urology since 2005.
